2. COLLEGE DAY

Beginning of a new year . I was a small town girl , name Priya , a tall girl , average colour , long hair . I was so excited that i got admission in one of the best collages in Bangalore. As i was sitiing in the auditorium , a bit tensed that how will i talk to other people. Suddenly two girls came and sit beside me.  Mia and Arohi , while talking we understood we were in same class. We became friends and moved to our class after the meeting. Our first day of collage was fine with normal beginning classes and introduction. By gods grace and our prayers we three got same room , so became roomies too !! 

For us starting days were like , normal classes then back to hostel and canteen for food. This was our schedule because we three were from a small town so we share same culture. and for us some there were many new things. 

Arohi, how fast one week passed . when can we go home ?? me replied, ' home , pls dont think about it dear because these mananagement wont give us a single leave . pray to get a public holiday. ' mia suddenly ,' yeah!! ' 

mia , ' and you know guys , Swathisree from our batch was ragged by seniors. i heard it from some other girls while having lunch today.' 

me, " ohh!! i thought ragging is prohibited here, im scared of it okay ." Arohi ,  why are you scared since we dont create any trouble they wont do us anything. "

mia , its not like that her dressing was too bad thats why she got raggd . ' me, ow mia how could you say, hw you came to know this , shut up and sleep. ' Arohi , yeah , good night !!

Next day , morning. we three went to class and everyone started staring at me . I just ignored , but that was so iritating for me . After class , we went for lunch in the canteen , same situation even the seniors , batchmates , everyone staring , some laughing. i felt like what the .... so for evening class i bunked . I was eagerly waiting for Mia and Arohi to come back to know what had happened in the class. And Mia , she will be knowing , coz she is one of the BBC in our collage , she had many friends too. 

It was 4pm. i went to mess hall to take tea for three of us , suddenly one senior girl directly came towards me and told , ' stay away from me ' , nd went. i was like eh?? whom?? before asking she went and i went to the room after that and i saw the room was open, they came. as soon as i entered both started laughing . i asked what???? they could not literally hold this shit laughing. I felt bad and i shouted and soon i started crying , even they got scared . they never thought i will cry. Arohi suddenly , what happened dude ? why you crying ? see there is nothing to cry and all , its just a rumor. me stood up ,' rumor ? what ? Mia , yeah d , rumors about you and some senior and all.  Me again, what are you guys telling? im not getting it. Arohi , its nothing, some senor from your place is here , so people were talking like you both are in love ,like that . its nothing, a kinda ragging dude just avoid it , if we are responding , they will create it as big. I nodded.

Night, i skipped the food , just bcause i dont wanna face anyone. And i slept early. 

Friday , morning : 

Mia its too late wake up , Priya you too !! arohi was shouting.

im not coming today , was not able to sleep yesterday so pls , I said. Arohi , dude if its bocz of yesterdays incident pls dont miss the classes all i want to tell you is just that. And i nodded. They went to classes. And i thought to go to canteen , i went out of hostel. Got some medicines from the store and went to canteen to get some coffee. Like most of the girls , I love coffee so much !! I ordered and was waiting for it. and i got , while having i heard some male voice, HELLO!!. aS SOON i turned back , he was in front of me saying hello again . i stood up , telling hai,. sorry i didnt know this was your seat , ill move. He told , NO, this is not my seat . Actually i came here to tell you a SORRY . i wondered and asked , Me??? maybe you are mistaken , i dont knoe you. and he replied, im the one you and your friends searching for . Actually , my friends did that , they usually create these kinda cooked up stories and all i wanted to tell you is a SORRY , and he left the canteen . I really wonder , what had happened just now??? ah i just ignored and had my coffee fast , while leaving i saw he left his book there in my table and i took it with me . and i staright away went to room to take some rest . 

It was 5pm , i opened my eyes hearing someone calling me diiiiiii... yeeee its Mia and Arohi. what ?? pls allow me to have some more sleep. owww you were simply sleeping this whole day and you wanna do it again , no more sleep oky. i woke up, and had tea. 

Within weeks , we three became thick friends, like sharing everything , talking bullshit , bunking classes . and about the cooked up stories , some stupids will create more but we just ignored it and had all fun . months passed and we are still best friends!!!!
