The author is hailing from a small village of District Kupwara Jammu and Kashmir India. The author has done post graduation in the subject of education from university of Kashmir, India. Author had obtained M.Ed. from open and distance mode and has qualified NET(National Eligibility Test for lectureship at Higher level of learning in the subject of Education conducted earlier by University Grants Commission, New Delhi India, now by NCERT. The author has also qualified SET State Level Eligibility Test in the subject of Education. Author has Completed M.Phil. in the area of Teacher Education and pursuing his Ph.D. from University of Kashmir. Besides being research scholar in the "School of Education and Behavioural Sciences" the author is bonafide Faculty Member of the Department of Education. The Author has specialisation in the subject of EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY, TEACHER EDUCATION AND SPECIAL EDUCATION.
