Chapter 1 :

FORGIVENESS RELEASES KARMA.

Karma is an energy balancing law of the universe that, when seen from our physical level, facilitates us to experience the dualistic nature of our actions. It is a wonderful play of cause and effects concerning one another. It is not the evil phenomenon that we consider it to be but a humble reminder for us to become aware and learn from our experiential life lessons in every way possible. It is a tool of inner reflection, not something to be feared. The majority of us continuously create karma through our unconscious acts wherein our asleep states do not yet understand the deep, ingraining, and interconnected nature of life. Unless we are in an enlightened state, it is extremely hard for us to walk freely without having any influence from Karma. If we are not aware of how to balance and transmute our karma altogether, we will just keep adding more to it with our unconscious acts. Everything we do creates its energetic counterpart impression in the universe and this newly formed polarized energetic imprint immediately starts working on balancing itself through the very means it originated. Whenever we harbor any negatively polarised feelings, we are essentially holding ourselves off from its emotional release. If our actions create an imbalance for the others, we will always, and unconsciously, be undergoing some repayable situation to balance that energy. Our blindness to the law might make us consider this as a punishment from the universe. However, karma is an opportunity and we can only realize this once we detach ourselves from its outcome and think in terms of energy and balance. We continue to trap ourselves in a repeated cycle by holding off the unhealed emotions of apathy, anger, hate, shame, guilt, fear for ourselves, or any other being. If we accept our situation as is, not what we perceive it to be, we will immediately feel a distance from these trapped emotions. It's all right that our or someone else’s image is not saintly enough in our eyes. Our distortion is not reality. It is this awareness only that can move us towards acceptance and cut away the futile resistance. Then, the immediate action needed to balance out the karma is complete forgiveness. When we forgive those who keep us stuck, we automatically declare to the universe that our lesson is complete. Karma resolves itself when there is no longer a need to repeat. The hunger for revenge, however, continues to recycle the karma until we learn to stop it. We always have the choice to either undergo the karmic experiences or cancel their need by releasing their root cause altogether.  Forgiveness isn’t just for others, but for ourselves too. We are the main characters in this cycle. Others do what feels best to them but our perception of their action is our responsibility. Their actions have their consequences which they pay in their own life. Holding these distortions will only make us disintegrate our quality of life.  Let us strive to forgive ourselves for feeling such a way and let go. Forgive the others. Release ourselves of what is not ours and ultimately not required.
