Here I am Pegasus,
come to free you.
Harkening to the echoes,
of your helpless cries.

But, what then Pegasus,
will you make me take your place?
Will you abandon me here,
just like others did?

Will you help me Pegasus?
I'm learning the spell of reading faces.
As i have failed countless times,
to see the Medusa behind the Aphrodite.

Tell me this Pegasus,
will you fly me to the gates of Olympus?
Or tho the wretched ferryman,
who'd drop me to Hades's doorsteps.

He then rose and spread his wings,
and a bright light spurted out.
Though it blinded me for a while,
only then did i see a lucent mirror.

I found him staring back at me,
unintimidated and unflinching.
"You only have to believe",
are the words that reached deep into my conscience.
And then, I woke up.
