Surender Singh Dogra (popularly known as S.S.Dogra) belongs to Himachal Pradesh. Born on 1st December, 1966 in New Delhi. Academics : He is an Art Graduate from University of Delhi, B.Ed. (English & Social Studies) from M.D.University, Rohtak, Haryana. Professional Qualification : Post Graduate in Journalism & Mass Communication from IGNOU. Basic Diploma Course in Photography from IIPC, Triveni Kala Sangam, New Delhi.
